The Food Safety In-house Supervision Team is a new approach by trained team members to plan and propose food safety and hygiene compliance guidelines under Food Hygiene Regulation 2009. Good management for a food premise business to ensure safe food preparation would reduce food poisoning. Develop actions, recommends policy, and provides support and resources on food safety and inspection issues.
